Epoxy Mesh is made by PS mesh, Al alloy mesh or SS wire mesh with electrostatic powder spraying, mainly used as support layer of hydraulic and air filters as well as doors, windows guarding. As YKM’s new R&D product, in many fields, it can be used in replacement of traditional mesh, particularly for replacing of SS wire meshes and Galvanized wire cloth with economic, eco-friendly, and durable advantages. At present, YKM possesses two Epoxy Coated coating production lines, with an annual production capability of over 13 mil Square Meters.

Common color: white, gray, black
Common SPEC: 12x10,16x14,18x14 & 18x16, customized specs.

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

  1. Application: petroleum, chemical, automotive, new energy, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
  2. Material: 304、316、304L、316L、310S、430、317L、904L、Hastelloy、N6、 Anti-high-temperature materials etc.
  3. Weaving Pattern: Square (plain weave, Twill weave),dutch (plain dutch weave, twill-dutch weave, double warp dutch weave, reverse plain dutch weave, reverse twill dutch weave,)
  4. Property: with anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-high temperature, wear-resistant properties.

Brass/Copper/Bronze Wire Mesh

  1. Application: Pharmacy, metal power filtration, and separating, Ceramic printing and shielding, etc.
  2. Raw material: Red copper, Brass (H65,H80),Phosphor Bronze(CSn6.50.4)
  3. Weaving Pattern: Square mesh(plain weave, Twill weave)

  • Material: N4，N6
  • Weaving type:: Plain weave, Twill weave, Dutch weave
  • Character: Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, mainly used for separation, gas and liquid filtration, and other media separation under strong acid and alkai environment conditions.
  • Specification: Plain weave, mesh 1-200; Twill weave, mesh 1-220; Dutch weave, mesh 45-800.

2 Nickel wire knitted mesh

  • Application: Mesh Demister, Oil & Gas Processor, Internal Combustion Engine, Dust Removing, and Filtration, etc.
  • Material: N4，N6
  • Weaving type:: Plain weave, Twill weave, Dutch weave
  • Specification:350 Pin 0.153mmX2X1150X60m,350 Pin 0.153mmX1150X60m Mesh hole size and filtration rate can be produced as per the customer’s request, normal mesh width: 25mm-600mm.
